Your individual agent will ensure a tenancy is started in the best way possible through adhering to all regulation and compliance requirements, clear communication and regular property inspections to keep on top of any maintenance or refurbishment needs.

We provide one point of contact to not just our Landlords and sellers, but to our tenants as well. Once your tenancy has started, you will have access to direct communication with the agent to report any maintenance issues and expect responses within minutes, not days.
There is an online portal available to view all documents associated to a tenancy and we tune in every 6- 9 months to make sure the property and tenancy is running as expected.

Expect to have to pay the market value for a property. We believe that every property is priced for a reason. Location, condition, size, potential.
With this in mind, our properties are valued inline with current conditions. We look to value fairly with both Seller and Buyers perspectives in mind.
