Steven James Newcombe – Founder

Steven started his working life at a large, well known corporate estate agency in August, 2008. He was based in one of their flagship office’s of South London,  Balham. Following a little over four and a half years and rising the league table to a number 1 negotiator in the division, he progressed to become a Residential Lettings Valuer and later, the Manager of a Branch in Earlsfield, and then, in 2015, moved to work for a different estate agency in East Dulwich.  He then changed location for a short while to work with the properties in Victoria, Putney and then lastly worked as a Director for one of Londons Largest Agencies based in Clapham, South London.  He has worked through almost all property market conditions and has helped businesses grow through organic sales strategies and has recently taken the leap to start a bran of his own.  He is also offering a platform for Self Employed agents to join and grow their own version of their business through the sale and lettings of properties in London and the surrounding villages and towns.
